Argentina looked very solid this morning against the USA team. Still think the Americans will win it comfortably.

Interesting side note for fans of Poker. Aussie poker legend Tony G is the team manager of the Lithuanian team.

Gee I thought usa looked shaky as. Rather than try to break down the 2-3 zone they settled for jumpshots too often. It worked well when they went on streaks but looked horrible when they went cold. Without griffin there lack of a big man to dump it inside to was highlighted.

You don't think Argentina should be on that list?

They broke the USA's 58 game win-streak back in 02, won the gold at Athens in 2004. Only 3 of that winning team are still in the side though but with players like Manu Ginobli and Luis Scola I think they'll go far despite their exhibition loss to USA today.

These are friendly games!

I absolutely love Argentina's starting 5 but I sincerly doubt they'll make any noise. They'd definitely be on an extended list though. Don't forget they took 20pts again Spain a few days ago.
