is it a lack off communication or more a lack off organisation?

i can accept the code is complex and bugs are hard to fix. what i can not understand that at key moments, like training update, game day etc the server process (that seems to struggle under alot off processing date) isnt being monitored.

I see messages from 1 and half hour ago on the bug forum that the games arent running, why is noone monitoring this process until the bugs that cause this and training problem isnt fixed? this for me is unacceptable.

if the BBs are in the wrong time zone than give away 3 seasons supporter to GMs or whatever and have them monitor in a shift pattern the updates (game update and training update).

having bugs is one problem, but not being proactive is really not acceptable. and it gets more and more clear that the BBs arent proactive, because as soon as the first people start reporting problems, there should have been a message on the website acknowledging this.

Personally, I think that people generally complain to much about the site (not just you).

This well designed and complicated game is free to everyone and I'm pretty certain that people aren't getting rich off this website.

Subsequently, if the users don't like the odd bug and delay they are free to leave. Instead, anytime things are 100% perfect, there are a bunch of people that feel need to complain. What's the point? Complaining isn't going to get the problems fixed any quicker but the bugs do always get fixed and the game continues.

I think people just need to lower their expectations of perfection and chill. Nothing in this world is perfect. <end rant>.

Sorry but this is incredible!

There is never 1 training working normaly. And now at the semifinals on playoffs a bug like this without reaction!

This well designed and complicated game is free to everyone and I'm pretty certain that people aren't getting rich off this website.

some people do pay. and as a paying member i do not expect too much. it is getting more and more clear that when alot off calculations need to be done, let it be training, games etc the processing server gets "stuck".

i can live with this. what i cant live with as a paying member that this happens alot. all they need to do is have someone be around when training is done and games should run and kick start the server when it gets stuck. give me 1 good reason why this cant be organised.

i am quite sure that if the BB staff would do this, people would be alot more understanding.

In Argentina, we have a thread that is named "crying on the church" where users complain about bugs, losing games they thought they shouldn't, etc.
Perhaps we should start a thread like this on the global forum, who knows.

I really enjoy BB, having played a lot of virtual sports games of soccer and basket, I see BB as the most enjoyable of all, with problems that are acceptable. The only other game I played that gave me this level of entertainment is nba yahoo fantasy, but it's a differnt story.

Please people, just enjoy.

please go back to school and learn better english. especially the understanding off it. because if you read a complaint in my message than your level off english isnt up to scratch.

let me repeat again what i said. i have no problem with the bugs. i have started to accept them. what i will not and never will accept is the fact that the BB staff can be proactive and it isnt and it isn't like it that noone on the forums has asked for that before either.

you see asking for an update in the news section when something like this happens as complaining too? so when there is really a serious problem in the world and someone mentions this to you, how would you call this than if I may ask?

Mine it wasn't a complain cause this is not a bug this is the usual week in buzzerbeater, when the games are ok, training is not and viceversa

I'd like only to understand which kind of problems have BB cause is since season 2 that this game has always the same bugs and always there is a delay in comunication between the owners of this game and us. Imagine those that organized the day to see the playoff match and *bimp* delay :p This is more a joking post but I'd like to see more efforts to solve this major bugs.

Today's bug is unacceptable.


It's not the first time we suffer a bug on play-off, some seasons ago i missed the final of a really close match(due to a bug)

Lives is one of the best things of this game since they are pretty exciting to watch and if you have waited a long time just to arrive to the SF of play-off and watch the game is just annoying you can't watch it.

I'm sorry for BB's but untill you don't solve this bugs i won't renew my supporter. I can understand some delays on trainings or whatever, but there's a lack of organization.

I will be supporter again when i see there is a big effort from the staff. I placed lot of confidence on BB's on the past, but now it's time they show us their interest for the game.


And it's not a complain, it's just some words from a disappointed manager.

I pay for supporter too, but I pay already knowing the site's imperfections and limitations. I just choose not to focus on the odd problem and enjoy all the great things that this site has to offer.

I would agree wiht you that when there's a problem, the communication could stand to improve. But that assumes that the BB's are all watching this site 24/7 too and that's highly unlikely. They need to sleep, go to the their day jobs and live their lives.
