I agree with everything you said. But along with JS, DRI and IS he must have high handling too. Plus nice JR too. Player with those skills would definitely work. I don't know what the plan would be though. :)

personally i don't think that driving is a big offensiv skill alone, the italian played quite succesfull with player with out driving and also i got a 100k Sg with driving 7 which makes a normal amount of IS shot when i play inside. And scored solid-good because he was my best shooter by far.

i believe driving compensate more a bit missing flow, but you still need the skills to finish it.
