I'm sure bad passing would play a part too.

that has everything to do with handling righT?
what else will cause this to happen?

I don't think it has anything to do with skills. I think it's flavor text and the person who turns the ball over is chosen at random. I can't prove this, of course. If I could, I'd explain to you why this happens on a regular basis to players with 16 handling and 11+ passing, but I can't, so I won't.

well that's what i would think the skills handling and passing would do
the higher the level for both of them the less the amount of turnovers
but then darykjozef said that turnovers are random...
so according to him training is useless...

Now you're just putting words in my mouth (and I already ate, so thanks but no thanks).

I said I thought it was random. Charles corrected me, and it makes perfect sense. When in doubt, always listen to me over Charles, he doesn't know anything. Wait, that came out wrong. Charles knows how the engine works. Go back and read his post and ignore everything I say; I'm mostly just farting words with a head full of NyQuil anyway.

Also, I'd never go on record saying training is useless. Now, are there certain thresholds which make training a particular skill counter-intuitive? Sure. But that's another topic.

Really, listen to Charles here.
