The reason you get high Outside Scoring ratings is because you only play motion.
I think Run and Gun or Motion is best for team as you seem to have better outside shooters.

Try a Base Offence or Push the Ball offence and (if you feel you can still win) a Look Inside or Low Post offence and see some ratings.

Stick with Motion to win games and maybe a push the ball to catch 3-2 zones off guard.
I'm not sure how the other teams look like for Inside Defence so I'm not sure how your guys Inside shot compare to others.

Can you smell what the Hobos are cooking... oh wait its just Roger. (18085274)

Yeah, probably motion. 3-2 is your best defence, but pick your spots with it. I wouldn't use it against inside oriented teams.

I'd recommend upgrading your starting SF. Inept OD won't cut it against a capable shooting SF and certainly won't cut it in a 3-2.

Good my mentality was pretty much same as your responses. Sometimes I think Run & Gun can be good also because if my guys shoot alot which would result in more misses, I got 2 big guys to rebound it. Yeah I use 3-2 as my default defense and have been using 2-3 against inside oriented team. I may do some push the ball on private leagues.

I know my SF defense is garbage no one is really better as my backup. Currently I'm working towards shopping for good SF defender heading to the playoffs that could be the difference maker in promoting

Personally, I'd just move your starting SG to SF as he has decent defense in both inside and outside and just try buy another SG instead as they are easier to find
