Sounds like you need to try the bugs forum. Or try sending a message to BB-Mark, as he would be far more helpful than anyone here.
Actually we LAs have a forum especially for LA-stuff. I guess Mark reads it regularly, it might be best to post there, also since other users don't have any value in reading this bug in the bugs forum, but the LAs might find the post usefull.
I recall having something similar when I started translating, but after a while it didn't happen again. Don't know the reason though...
