It depends on what you are training on

Some training exercises work on 2 skills though Im not sure which ones

yea i trained rebounding so i guess that trains inside d too

Rebounding
C/PF:
Trains RB @ 1.75 weeks (~2.5 weeks for a 24 year old)
Trains ID @ 10 weeks
Trains IS @ 10 weeks

Everything you train will train something else as well, just at a slower rate. It works off sublevels so your ID would have been very high in strong to pop to proficient. One on one gets more multiple pops because it trains several skills around the same speed, but trains at a slower rate because it is multiple position training.

From my experience, I can safely say in buzzerbeater I have never seen my trainees getting used to holding and gripping the ball or increasing their hand eye coordination... But thats just something to do with this game not being real life ;)
