Usually you want to train young players 18-22...the younger the better because the will train faster. Old players are not going to get much better. If I were you I would sell some of the players that have hall of fame potential. These players are worth alot on the market and you are not in position to train them properly and also pay for them when they reach there potential. Sell them and use the money you receive to buy better more experienced players. You should focus training on one group of players. I would either buy good older gaurds and train young big men. Or I would buy good older big men and train 3-4 young gaurds. Whatever your preference. This is the easiest and best way to win now and for the future.

ok Thanks so basicly i am trying to rebuild this team to fast then i need to slowdown then, my frist year i was in the red for money so they sold my team and i had to rebuild so i should sell my Hall of Famers and get more well rounded older gaurds or big men and train smaller groups, is it worth training the hole team in lets say jump shot? or just certian groups at a time?
and what the best one to work on for makeing your shots cause in the last game i have a few guys that were like 1 for 18 not good.

I have a 26 year-old trainee who has popped 4 times in 6 weeks of training this season. I think people are mistaken that 22 is the cut-off year for effective training.
