I would train One on One this week. It will improve driving and handling a lot for all your players, and some of the players may pop in Jump Shot as well.

If you do not wish to do that I would train Jump Shot.

Passing isn't as important in Run and Gun but it still helps a lot.

It is hard to provide any real suggestions without knowing the age and potential and height of each player.

Player 1 is 6'4" and 23 years old; never will reach his full star potential
Player 2 is 19 YO Perennial Allstar postential and 6'2"
Player 3 is 6'4" 19 YO and Superstar Potential
Player 4 19 YO 6'5" and MVP Potential
Player 5 is 22 YO 6'8" and Star Potential

You should pick your training on what the 19 year olds need the most as they will be the ones that are going to develop faster.

Just a suggestion, but I would consider 1 position training the 3 19 year olds.
Sell the 22 year old and the 23 year old and use the money to buy some older veterans for your team.
Then 1 position train outside defence.
