What are their typical team ratings?

What are yours?

What offensive scheme do you prefer?

His typical rating again at the end of last season
Outside Scoring: mediocre (low)
Inside Scoring: pitiful (high)
Perimeter Defense: inept (high)
Inside Defense: inept (low)
Rebounding: awful (low)
Offensive Flow: inept (low)

This is maximum at my last season end, but I am not sure now because gameshape reset...

Outside Scoring: inept (low)
Inside Scoring: mediocre (low)
Perimeter Defense: pitiful (high)
Inside Defense: inept (low)
Rebounding: awful (high)
Offensive Flow: awful (low)

And I usually playing Base Offense & 2-3 Zone, but I am not sure if it is appropriate...

You are correct. Against that outside scoring with your outside defence he'd be expecting to shoot you to pieces, so 2-3 zone would be very risky. In terms of your offence, your inside scoring is pretty good, so either leave it as Base Offence or go for Look Inside.

The defensive match-up is going to be a big headache for you. 3-2 zone probably won't hurt too much in terms of inside defensive match-ups and will cost you rebounding too. Either way, pick your best outside defenders (obviously).

A tough match-up. Good luck!
