B. He seems to be a pretty good player, so I would keep him around. I wouldn't train him too much, but I think he should still have some pops in him...

It really depends on what your other trainees are and what positions they play. Though at 6'5 he is a bit tall to be trained at PG so it might take a bit longer for some skills to pop. I would probably say he looks more SG than PG. And to be honest I doubt you will get 2 mill for him.
A) Selling is a good option if you are no longer going to train him due to the fact that you are not training other trainees in his position
B) You could continue to train if he is still in you have other trainees for his position
C) This is a good option if you decide to switch training over to other positions e.g. big men. He is a solid player in the lower tier leagues.
At the end of the day you make the ultimate decision so you have to weigh up your options for him.

You'd be lucky to get $1 million for him. I say, keep training him and make him part of your core. Maybe train 1 on 1 for Forwards to work on his DR and IS.
