you can buy cheaper one next week...but it is not recommended to fire lvl 10 (or 9) trainer...he is very important for improving your players skills...

be patient.. you are a Div2 team so it wont be long before crowds and TV money flood your way... with only a few games until next season starts concentrate on optimizing training to your top 3 players so that the 20k you are paying is proving worthwhile... its easy to get 18-21yo to pop up a level and im certain that you will easily get 7k per person worth of improvement each week... so if you keep them your players will perform better leading to better results and revenue or if you sell better money from the new buyer.... if you are in div 4/5 it would be a longer process... you will be fine....

I would fire the worst players you have, at least all the ones with salary <2000, and maybe a few more.

You will spend more money on salaries that you will earn on selling.

You should not have more than 15 players on your roster - I think 12-14 would be fine.

yes, and maybe you have also a good player (with salary over 3500) which you actually use rare or not at all in your games. You can sell him, he should fetch you some money to get a little while further. In the meantime your high level trainer will train up your other guys, so you will be able to sell off some players in the future as well to get new money in.

Unless you already are below 0 cash now, I won't panic yet...

One more question. Should i make any changes in the ticket price?

Bleachers : 4500 (Current Price: $10) (Price Next Month $12)
Lower Tier : 450 (Current Price: $35) (Price Next Month $35)
Courtside Seats : 50 (Current Price: $100) (Price Next Month $100)
Luxury Boxes : 0 (Current Price: $800) (Price Next Month $800)

Total Capacity : 5000

As you seem to sell out Lower Tier and Courtside I would raise these a bit. I would probably choose 40-45 and 115-120 and see how it goes.

Maybe even a bit more if you expect to do really well next season.

And if U sell out, then expand a bit. Be careful about too many Luxury Boxes, as they are quite hard to fill.

Expanding the arena is important, otherwise wages will kill you. My rule is that income from my weekly homegame should at least cover my salary.

I would raise with a bit at a time. Especially the more expensicve seats are prety cost-sensitive. Raising only a small amount will make some diffrence in attendance.

I've been raising ticket prices gradually over the past 3 months, and am happy with the results.

The level of your PR manager will also have effect on the prices you can ask.
