Well OD trains a level in 3-4 weeks and JS trains in 2-3 weeks with 2 position training, so it's reasonable to think that if he wasn't close to popping in either position to start with it could take 7-10 weeks to get two pops- depending on how soon you changed training after the first pop.

Also he is a little tall for a guard which slows his training slightly, and your trainer is not great.

its about 8 weeks trainning time (with stamina trained)
depended on what u train, and the sub level of the player's original skill lvl
a 2 pop is slow but not out of the world

and remember the trainning speed section is based on
18-19yr old trainee, lv5 trainner, full 48 minutes

I think you must pass to 1 position training, to have more pop's up,and to buy a lvl 5 trainer.The problem is that for OD you need about 3-4 weeks of training,and I think in your case, sub-levels of skill was very low,and that's the reason why you have just 1 pop-up in OD.

This is my first season, first week I bought a bunch of trainees and a level 4 trainer. I've had 34 pops this season so far. I realise it could just be extremely lucky and maybe everyone was just on high sublevels. So in the same way maybe you are just on really low sublevels.

It also depends on what you are training and the height of the player.

If you're training inside skills most pop in 2-3 weeks for 18/19 year olds but for guard skills it is more like 3-4 weeks.
