Man, I followed this game more closely than any I have in a year or so.
We were not joking when we said it would be a struggle for whoever wins the division.
Foul trouble to my guys early, Padracelli (most important player to the gameplan LI), misses entire 2cd and 3rd quarter.
Meanwhile, your PF continues to play eve with 4 fouls in the second quarter and destroys my team for 46 pts.
You pushed the lead out to about 13/14 mid third quarter..thats when I started to worry.
Goat chipped away and took advantage of the mismatch at sf with Rico getting hot.
Got close but never could tie or get the lead until my center hit the 3 to tie with about 20 sec left.
The game engine never makes it easy on any of us. Pulling key starters at questionable times (both teams).
Overtime came down to who could get the lead and force the other team to start fouling.
Extremely tough game, one that I would have lost if I was not home. HCA was huge. Fitting that our game went to OT.
Sorry for the long message, but had alot to say after a game like that. Wolf is waiting and ready and also underrated.

Thanks for the summary. I couldn't watch the game because my phone doesn't have flash. Sucks to lose when you're so close. I have alot of thinking to do in the off season in terms of my roster. I don't want to break this team up because I was so close but I'm in the negative in terms of income. I'm on the fence on what to do.

I wasn't able to watch the game, but it sure looked like a classic back-and-forth. To be honest, I seriously doubt I'll win in the finals. SammyO, your roster is healthy and loaded with firepower, but I guess it's just as well. I haven't been able to put in too much time into my team as I like. Good luck to both of your teams.

Congrats GOAT on your championship. It was fun battling you for HCA in the regular season and having a great battle with you in the conference finals game. Good luck in D.II. Maybe we'll play each other in a big game again soon.

Thank you gentleman.
I appreciate it. I know its not easy to lose when your so close. I went for an all or nothing type approach this year and I really wanted to promote. Will have to reset and revamp my team over the next couple seasons, but the goal is to remain competitive in D2.
On top of that- I am really glad to get out of the BIG 8.
Good luck to you guys next season. This league will continue to remain one of the most difficult in D3.

Congratulations, and good luck in D2! I couldn't watch much of yesterday and tonight's game, but our team was clearly the superior. Hope to see you around soon!
