what is the accusation being made?
Is he somehow creating multiple teams from multiple countries and buying his own players to boost his own funds?

Just that it looks a bit sus. IMO, especially the two latest sales to team Id 39466. If its not dodgy, it's some serious good day trading!
It's quite easy for BB to look at the ip addresses being used to see if there's any dodgy ness going on.

its also super easy to use different IP addresses. but if someone reports him, i think he could get fined in order to balance this suspicious trading.

You would never know...
If he gets banned it is pretty obvious. If he gets a fine then it's something we won't know. If he gets nothing then life goes on!
