I'll probably try and get that to about 35 then on handling and about 32 on driving.

Hey there lopo. Since he is short for a big, I recommend adding OD, regardless of his position. It doesn't add too much to his cap, and will increase his value as well.

I would train PA and ID most of the season, while mixing in 1v1 and REB.

Passing and JR. What kind of offense are you looking at? His JS/JR are too low to be an SF in anything but LI/LP and his REB is too low to play a PF. I suppose you could stick him at PF in an outside offense and defensively switch him with a guard/SF. Either way, it looks like you have put a lot of effort into him already and he looks good for such a young player.
