FlyerSonic ending the season with a surprise

Sonic team decided to give a little surprise to everyone as since is a last match for this season. Sonic team decide to go all out with CPU can win a surprise victory. PJL with a season high of 45 point, 15 rebound and 6 block. LAW with another double double added to his stats. As ending this season with style, manager told the fans they will make another announcement in their press release in later timing.

Lastly as we head to the playoff season, let wish CPU, jaguar, SingSing82 and SHP with great success in the playoff run.

Season 27 Playoff

SaungHninPwint
SHP has not been the same 6 digital monster team like last time. During last stretch they lose to CPU and sonic and have a narrow win against Ahmad Team. SHP need to find back their groove to able to challenge CPU.
Key player: Vrisan Sharma, Patrice Gayraud.
Odd to win: 170

SingSing82
Has been a surprise run this season. Finally come back to the playoff run after many season of playing ping pong ball at relegation series. They might not be the team people hope for, but they can be the dark hose to make surprise to everyone.

Lionheart Jaguar
Having the best roster ever assemble in this team, Jaguar make a outstanding run in this season. Beating powerhouse like EU and CPU in cup or game (this 2 is enough). Leading the charge will be the famous FPW point guard and Chan Ren Qing (seriously? 200k monster!?). However FPW although is 24yo, he was a injury plague guy. Having more injure than most of the guy in the roster.
Key player: Chan Ren Qing, Sewerian Wawruch, (injure player not included)

Compassvale United
3 guard magic does work? change it. This is what CPU is having. Even there is a minor rebuilding going on in the roster, CPU still come out big in the series. Having to balance out the roster, CPU now can consider with hidden surprise for everyone other than his infamous tactics.
Key player: Edi Rušin, Mak Min Chao, Mogens Schmeichel

SG Young Guns
For the first time of the history, they finally climb to the top floor. Playing in the SBBL strongest playoff game. Last season they got a disappointing season when they get kick off by the FLW's lion XII team. This season they push it hard make this season. Leading the game with infamous, Goh Kwang Cheng and Fong Long Meng. They chemistry gotten better and stronger than before. However the first test they facing will be the defending champ again EU. It will see how far they can go.
Key player: Bertolds Erkškis , Ponç Davesa, Fong Long Meng
Odd to win: 150

NEWBak Ku Teh Kings
Changes maybe, change some of the supporting cast in the team. Starter is still the same. with their captain Sapian bin Bidi. Kings has a disappointing run as they lose more game than everyone expect to win. Changing some of the supporting cast, fans are wondering if they can make a different in this season.
Key player: Lim Shi Xin, Irfan Bakti Abd Hamid, Ahmad Islam

Shohoku Backers
Defending specialist team. Playing with team is like trying take a breathe in a deep season. They are one of the team that beat EU in the series. It surpise everyone. Not to forget their sudden famous superstar Kwek Jin Jin. Too bad Jin Jin gotten himself a injury. Leading the team is Hélder Brasão. A solid playmaker and attacker. This season might be a game changer for him as he do not need to guard speedy gomez whom left the team in this season. nevertheless his impact will reflect greatly in this team growth
Key player: Hélder Brasão, Dmitry Sapsay, Luis Carlos Caçapava

Eric United
Might be a new and challenging season for EU. breaking up the defending championship team roster, EU heading a new era with some new blood. Deyu and gomez left the team, leaving Nasser Tahrani to guide the team to victory. Ivan Ješić might be the key player in this playoff run. although just join this team this season, he has already make good play for it. Will he succeed gomez will be key topic in this team.

Mighty SaungHninPwint !! 4th place SHP beat 1st place Compassvale United 85-76

Never ever count out team Pwint2. The resilient manager silently beat any rumor that said sixdigit lineup has been dissapear. Instead, they claimed their spot by beating the league best team Compassvale United in playoff. Vrisan Sharma led the charge with 36 points. They key of victory was the 4th quarter run 28-19, and thanks to tactician manager of SHP that able to dictate any opponent. Camera shown that SHP manager were very emotional, raising his hands high to the air after the final buzzer. "Tonight is a really proud day for my team. We once were lost and down, now we rebuild the momentum again"

Meanwhile at Shohoku Backers, the injury of Kwek Jin Jin did give a hard beating to the home team, as they were unable to contain their rival New BKT Kings and lost on their homeground 113-101. The team were tied 73-73 coming into the 4th quarter, before Lim Shi Xin exposed the SHB weaknesses. LSX led BKT with superb night 38 points and 22 rebs. "It feels good now," said LSX "especially after have two kept swallow losing to their bigman tandem. Tonight is kinda lucky for us, but we'll take it."

Dmitry Sapsay led SHB with 21 points and 12 rebs.

With the unexpected SaungHninPwint victory, this means they have a very huge chance to deal a revenge against their Cup rival Lionheart Jaguar, who stole the cup trophy with narrow win 107-106. Jaguar were without two key player Fan Ping Wai and Arnaud Bonnet. Jaguar had survived once without FPW, but with Bonnet out, it will be a sure win for mighty SHP team even though Jaguar is the host of the next game. Stay Tuned.

Jaguar beat worn-out SaungHninPwint 104-67, advanced to SBBL Final for the first time.

Halim Mohd Noor scored 27 points and 21 rebounds, Jaguar showed a serious intensity matching their bigtime rival SaungHninPwint in Semifinal match, raced the lead early and never turned back, and eventually emptied bench on 4th quarter as the lead groomed to 30 points. SaungHninPwint did make mistake to overplay all key players in a scrimmage, resulted in bad shape. Chan Ren Qing scored 20 points and 18 rebs. Jaguar outrebounded SHP with large margin 72-36.

With the first ever semifinal victory, Lionheart Jaguar will be once again re-matched up with Tournament Semifinal opponent and five-time SBBL champion, EricUnited. This time EricUnited didn't have a comfortable semifinal win like they usually did every season. NewBakKuTeh Kings were playing with exceptional confidence after defeating Shohoku Backers, caused 57-49 halftime lead. EU did charge back in quarter 3 and 4th, behind Sandro Vulhelich hot hands, scored 13 points in 2nd half. Eric took the lead in 4th quarter and never threatened after that. Vulhelich led scorers with 31 points and 7 assists, Yong Leng Jie with 17 points. Arnaud Billot led BKT with 28 points. Local start Yeo Eng Heng scored 17 points 6 assists and 5 rebs, hitting halftime buzzerbeater from 40feet.
