It's really nice from both of you to encourage me to stay, but the main issue is still there.. I've failed to improve the team overall given I don't have much time and kind of lost motivation for the training follow-up.
I've asked for someone to join me and help with this matter, given I think the language barrier doesn't help, but noone ever contacted me.

All in all, I think these 4 seasons weren't bad in terms of results and tactical choices, but I'm sure someone else could do better and bring you to the top 20-25. :)
