End of discussion for me in this forum to avoid wasting my time talking to people who are so angry to see a stranger in their election list.
Someone like who? A micro nation manager with no experience running anything but their own team in a country of less than fifty? Before you question my experience you should consider that you wouldn’t have made it out of “D5” in my country. Frankly put I wasn’t making fun of you, but if this is your reaction to advice freely given, good luck to you friend.
I think it's the community's responsibility to train the players that can give us a shot... regardless. That's not something you have to be manager to do or be a part of. What our NT needs from a manager is a proven tactician who knows what it takes to win games at the highest level.
Greetings, everyone. It's been a while since I've spent a lot of time on BB. But back in the day, I was a regular offsite contributor and dedicated enough to build the training simulator. Anyhow, my two cents:I think it's the community's responsibility to train the players that can give us a shot... regardless. That's not something you have to be manager to do or be a part of. What our NT needs from a manager is a proven tactician who knows what it takes to win games at the highest level. Ultimately, what will motivate managers to train and maintain our player base is knowing that their efforts have the best chance at success. And I think we'd be short-sightedly chauvinistic as a community to pass by the chance of having Sahand as our manager. All that said, I don't think he's a bad guy. And even if I didn't like him, I don't want a manager to be my friend. I want a manager who will win.
