That's surely a good message. Every week counts and every pop counts. The most you train the most you gain, single role training full speed and increase the chance to develop rapidly.

So our consolation is over and we can be proud of what we achieve.
First of all we will host Asia championship next year and that will help us a lot considering our roster will be really poor this time.
About this let me say one thing, users leaving the game are killing us and that's an unfortunate trend that involves the whole game. Just to give you numbers, in my database at the beginning of the season I had rather 100 18yo players. Now they've been cut a half mostly due to retired. So this will make your work as active users more and more important because players base is lesser week after week.
And here i feel myself really happy because this season has been great not only for our good tactic choices but also because I had an amazing group of managers who kept players in shape, follow training tips and so on. So thanks guys for all the support you gave and give me, I will candidate myself with the goal to reach a world championship spot this time and hopefully a better medal in Asia even if it will be really hard.
Resuming these last matches, well we won three matches in a row being away, remarkable. The absolute key factor was the chemistry we were able to find with our players.
Offensive players like belisario or falcis were always paired with defensive help in Salinas or marte inside. And the outcome was outstanding. We won by playing look inside using Marte as backup center for teens minutes and he's 5 in Is. And he was extremely useful because surrounding him we put on the court 4 offensive guys.
Tactics are important but how you want the flow to proceed to me is equally crucial.

Next team is going to be... Crazy. I am scouting here and there and there are some good players, some great players and some.. Well. 😂
But after this season my generations are coming, so I really hope to keep up the hype and to carry Philippines to always better results.

To resume, my first two season ended with a Bronze and a semifinal in the consolation, we earned the home court and we jumped up on the ranking up to 15th place. Ahead of teams like Hong Kong or Australia. I am quite satisfied even if something could have been better. My only regret was the draw in the repechage. Clashing with both USA and Italy was really a mess. Unlucky.
But yeah what's done is done and now let's focus our effort on the next young GILAS!
