I don't think he will make the U21 team, but if you decide to keep him he can be a solid player for your team.
Start off by getting a level 4(advanced) trainer if you haven't already. Then I would train Passing, 1on1 guards and Pressure. And basically just train those 3 skills for the next two seasons. 2 seasons from today you can start another thread asking for more advice :)

Alright, thanks, very good ideas. I was about to decide to sell him, but now, ill keep him, and train him!
