Hey ob. Nice to read you on the forum and keep on doing your amazing job on Lim, who is set to become a cornerstone of our u21 in the future if he continues to grow.
Well you said a good point regarding stamina, I usually do not put any minimum required for stamina because we can have tremendous players with low stamina who can make at this kind of level a lot of difference.
If you spoil the market you will find my player Pizzi (my utopia team), who was with the same inside skills when he faced Philippines u21. You can ask coach Fabio and gengi how Pizzi locked the door.
Truth is that for a U21 every week of training can count and if you have to grow a multiskilled player it's often hard to find a spot for stamina if you want to compete against world class players.
On the opposite side it's true that during the match and especially in case of fast paced tactics the performance of low stamina player decrease.
So to summarize, if a player is on target with his skillset I am absolutely in favor of training stamina or even free throws too. In case of low primaries I do prefer to have the player focused on skills. π
I have a table with the performance drop caused by low stamina, once home I will look for that and post here. π
