ok trainer question :

for you, the best value trainer is AVANCED (lvl 4) The most important thing is keep his salary as low as possible, as close to 12k per week as possible, which you should be able to get for under 50k... If you want 1 with the "fitness' specialty, that will cost more.

Next piece of advice : DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR ON PLAYERS!! Get your trainer, and as we are so close to the draft, WAIT until after the draft to spend any money.. Training is the most important, and fun, part of the game.. Ur team can not relegate any lower, and finishing 7th = bad idea, stay 8th and get the best pick.. so buying players at this point in time, is totally redundant.

Once you have gone through the draft, then what you need to do is scout the Transfer list for 18 year old guys with SIMILAR skills to your primary draftee, that way you can train the players together.. If you do 1 position training, such as Inside defence, then you want 3 trainees, if you do 2 pos training (Jump Shot) then you can maximize training with 6 players... General consensus, start with 3 until you get the hang of it.

Hope this helps!

best advice i ever got : remember it is a marathon, not a sprint!

this season is done.. hold off 3-4 weeks, save your $$.. wait till after the draft, plan well, and you can be guaranteed of promotion next season...

dont worry about the starting skills of your draftee/trainee.. your trainees wont get you promoted. in div 4 it is more about the guys you put around them to get the job done.

what you can do if you want, spend some $$ on your arena.. it is your primary source of income... maybe buy 250 bleachers to get you started!
