I can not set my scouting because the Draft and Scouting page is unavailable and redirects me to the home page... How will I set my scouting preferences? It is also not available on Manage My Team page...

While I can now access the page, I cannot change it from spending $0 (which is not how much I spent last week) and it states that I have 0 points accumulated rather than the 3 I should have from Monday's financial update.
