I really didn't know how to play/start caring until about 5 seasons in so that should be taken into account. Obviously I still haven't figured it out.

You and me both. It's a bit funny when I realize that I spent all but 2 seasons of my BB tenure here. In fact, just now I had to do a double take when I say my menu say "League III.15".

I think the thing to do is promote again. I'd try that. It's that type of sage advice that makes me easily one of the 16 best managers in my league, and maybe someday I'll crack the top 15.
