How do you measure when the slow-down starts? There are just too many variables involved, including age. For example, is it unrealistic for a 6'10" 23 year old player to take 5 weeks pressure training to pop in outside d? I have no idea.

However, it is easier to see when training has for all intents and purposes stopped (by the way, there is no hard cap, the cap is still soft you just have to wait a really, really long time for a pop).
