I would train 1 on 1 for guards until HA reaches 13 and then OD to 17. You can always train passing later as it's very fast training and you will have a nice elastic effect set up. Even at 26 years PA will increase every two weeks, so no pressure. OD however is a very slow training, especially with negative elastic effect, so I'd advise to train OD before PA.
Upside to training PA now though is your team will benefit from it later when you train OD. Training OD on players with lousy passing can be quite detrimental to your team.
This is my SF who is still training. I'm planning for pops in IS (3), ID (1), JS (2) and RB (1), HA (1) and DR (1). 9 pops in next two seasons - not easy, but could make it, especially because he has high sublevels in IS, JS, HA and DR. I wanted to train OD or PA some more, but since he fits in PG formula that would make him reach his potential too quickly.
