I think there's been a few different ones in the past 10-15 seasons. I know i had my own for me and scouting staff to keep track of NT players in my one term there. I was going to update and re-vamp it if I was chosen.. I suppose even if I'm not chosen, I'd be happy to do it up. Everyone has their own ideas of off-sites, I like mine to keep things in order, so we can see strengths and weakneses and so everyone chosen to be scouts or staff are on short and long-term page.

For me, it's more about functionality than glamour. It's especially useful for keepng track of the All Star to Superstar players, that others might not usually track much.. Gotta find the 'diamonds in the rough, so no stones unturned.

"How do the U21 candidates plan to improve on the performance from S49?" - Zmtmoako

I was doing some reserach of the top squads in the Americas based off a quick perusal of the NT Scouting tool. Although this is not 100% because I haven't had time to look at it all, and I can't see their actual skills, I have made estimations of each division:

Our Division - USA 1st, Columbia 2nd, Canada - 3rd, Mexico-4th

Division 2 - Chile(very strong), Bresil, Venezuela, Uruguay

Division 3 - Argentina(stacked inside), Peru(very strong and home court throughout).. no one else

Based off of this, we will most likely not get into top 4-6.. It would make more sense to try to do the best we can, while staying out of the last chance qualifiers, so that we can try to see what we can do in season 40 and aim for home court for season 41.. Because of our perceived lack of depth, if there were 20/19 year olds close to as good as a 21 year odl, even if a bit worse, it would be in our interest to take the younger players, to try to develop some more expereince points for that player for later.

I think we will finish somewhere between 7th and 8th in the Americas. Of course, variables will change throughout the season, but that's where I see us. Would that make us have a more/less successful season than last year? Tough to say, but we could atleast try to set ourselves up better for the year after.

Hope that answers your question. It probbaly seems cliche to hear that it's atleast a 4 year plan, but if you look at the powerhouses that exist this year, I would be lying to say I think we'd make top 4-6. I just can't see it.

Which is exactly why in 'english' I said I couldn't be 100 percent sure...I was making educated guesses based off observations...do you think you have done enough in the past to earn another shot? To be honest I've voted for you before, but I feel that your enthusiasm and efforts behind the scenes have fallen off. ARE you even excited to be the coach of our U21 still?

I am happy to help with the Canada U21/NT community and database if needed, worse case a google sheet would even work

If BB is really going to re-brand itself and get an app, there is benefit to keep the remains of the Canadian community alive and see if there will be new blood?

Sounds great. Once we see the election results, i'll drop you a line.. Even if i don't win, I'm not a big google sheets person, but I'm happy to set up and run the offsite.

It sounds like you plan to continue the same course of action as you have in the past 4 seasons managing the U21

I am not complaining about the U21 performance (honestly it was historically always hard to win the Americas), I don't think you understand that this is not your personal team, I don't feel you have a plan to address how the U21 is shifting further and further away from the Canadian community

I haven't followed the U21 in your first term, a bit more in the last season. Is there anything you would change or do differently if you had the opportunity to do it again?
Specifically about last season, but you can talk about the other 3 if you want
