meron
Someone once told me I needed to face fear to get over it, and I thought well why not take a step further and cut my fear into little pieces then set my fear on fire then throw the hot ash of my fear into a lake and then poison the lake. Simple!

pg-sg-sf minimum is 120 tsp, tagilid ka if you cannot reach this, based on what i know nasa 130 tsp na ang average. Bigs hindi umaabot ng ganitong kataas more primaries. Para may idea ka we are competing against 140-150 TSP sa malalakas na teams sa mundo at asia. Disadvanted tayo lagi. Asa tayo sa GS to beat tougher teams. Player ko nasa 130 tsp na. Trying to push him to 140 with 1 more season of training.

Tama yung sinabi ni teddy - 120 TSP nasa consideration ka na for seniors. Sa ngayon we are aiming for something higher maybe 140-145 TSP. Prioritize a bit ang HOF potential. That is the goal. Big men dont usually get to this level because matataas ang primaries nila making them cap faster. It would be great if we can build more big men na mataas ang tsp. Very rare ang big men na umaabot ng 130 TSP.
Right now mas magiging priority ang pg/sg/pf in that order. So i think that is the best shot of a trainee making it given the age-position of every player in the nt. Even if 18 slots are filled, 2 are temporary to fill a need.

Imagine mo ang DMI is a numerical value that corresponds to gameshape. Suggestion ko just follow GS para di ka malito. Monitor mo ang highest dmi value and you can only get this value with Proficient gameshape.

hello to all the veteran BB coaches
I would like to ask for your opinion regarding the bad habit of our u21 team in going through dry spells of offense .
it started the game vs Vietnam, we had a good early start but we let the Vietnamese dominate us inside , luckily we hang in there and pulled a very close win.
> our offense on that game was princeton
in the game vs Indonesia we got roughed up from the jump ball and trailed 2-19 or 4-19 and had to call an early full time out, but we chipped on the lead until we had a tie score by the end of the 3rd qtr. , our reserves played well sa start ng qtr and we pulled away by 20 at the end
> offense was inside iso
> last game vs iran we controlled the game from the start but we can not pull away from the Iranians. we lead by 10 to 14 but the Iranians kept coming back and closed to 4 points in the 3rd. The steady play of our PF, Rovie natividad and C, allan hugnatan pulled us through
> offense was look inside
what strat/ tactics can we do to avoid power outages throughout the game?
your advice will be most welcome. thanks in advance

going to dry spells is common to this game. for me if you want to avoid dry spells you need a good passing pg/sg. it will help a lot getting the ball to where it needs to go.
you played just four games and you seem to be changing tactics each game. in u21 setting since you have a limited time to get to know your players going through too many tactics doesn't really help you much in knowing what players plays well with what tactics. stick to three or two tactics. then find which players gel to which tactic being used. by now you should be able to get the feel which players will be your main starters for the next round. so build an offense around them.
the thing about u21 is every week players stats/skills change so does your opponents skills. that makes u21 so unpredictable. one very important thing in u21 is learn to scout your enemy. that means looking at games of your opponents. find the weak spots/position of the opponent. scouting is the key to winning in u21. mismatches are very evident in u21 settings if you know who to attack and who to defend.
also for me this is something to consider in u21. since skills in u21 aren't that high yet. if you have a very high mono skilled offensive player (player with high primaries and low secondaries) he isn't really a bad option to play. i know other managers will say this is wrong advice but i've had mono skilled bigs b4 in my u21 days as long as you can get the ball to his hands (which means good passers) he can overwhelm the defense of the one guarding him a big portion of the time.
