Tough to say. I had an Israeli trainee who didn't train as quickly as I thought he should and maybe my Moroccan trainer didn't like him. On the other hand, you would think that my Moroccan trainer would want to do a great job so he can stay in the US and not have to go back home to a country ruled by a hereditary monarchy...by the way, I don't think that nationality matters here but I'm going to have a good time with it.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

my first real trainer (Daniel Idah) actually is Nigerian and has a good relationship with my team, especially James Coleman for some reason:-/? (I think Coleman's ancesters were Nigerian, so maybe thats why?) But anyways why don't our home-country trainers/docs/PRs ever come out in our searches? To not take advantages? ANy non-american team have an American trainer/doc/PR? If so speak up please...

Just dig this thread out ...

By the way, being native from Hong Kong, all my staff are from Hong Kong:
Doctor: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/manage/staffBox.aspx?staffid=...
PR Manager: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/manage/staffBox.aspx?staffid=...
Trainer: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/manage/staffBox.aspx?staffid=...

I know there is no bonus, but I hope there would be an award for "Achievement" !

Nice, I also like to have staff from my own nation.

Honestly I would drop this thought right now, all it will do is cost you more $$$ to build and maintain your staff without any financial benefit whatsoever. It's not like anyone else can see the nationality of your staff other than yourself.
