I'm pretty sure it can.
For example, you were training JS and each training increased JS sublevel by 0.1. But if the drop in sublevel of JS was 0.2 every week, then although you're training, the result is still a drop in a skill.

So I suppose once the rate of decrease in a skill is faster than the rate of increase in a skill, then all you're doing by training is to slow down his rate of skill drops.

no he didn't... never dropped any skill so far...

Today I had a 33-year-old drop in inside defense from wondrous to sensational. That one was quite painful!

that should proove that the decline is random and not in small steps, or did he fall one skill+ per week the weeks before.

horrible training report for you, and hard to believe but as a supporter the memory can not play tricks with you.

He had dropped in SB 10 weeks ago, but nothing since then. I was expecting a drop somewhere soon, but that did seem a little extreme!
