A sub level is the level BETWEEN each skill up. So like between respectable and strong there are sub-levels of respectable. In other words, a player isnt JUST what the skill level says. it can be like match ratings where it is Respectable (inept) for example or Respectable (Average).

Think of each Full skill level as a floor in a building and in order to get to the next floor you need to go up these stairs. A week of training gets you most of the way up but not entirely. Two -three weeks (depending on the skill you are training) gets you to the next floor and then some. However you only ever see when you reach each floor, not the stairs inbetween.

Makes sense?

Hi guys. If you train stamina for 2 straight weeks is it likely to have players popping up twice?
\

Just to add another data point here... I did Team Training for Free Throws for two straight weeks. The first week, 8 out of 11 players popped, including two 31-year-olds. None of them popped again the next week (though two draft picks who just joined the team did). I don't know if this means consecutive weeks of training is less effective, or if they just all had really high sub-levels the first time.

I trained stamina and FT for half a season a while ago. Mostly FT, though, I think. Half the team would pop 1 week and the other next. So, based on that, I would guess that it's closer to 2 than 1.5 for a full level.

I agree. That's consistent with my results. The entire team popped over two weeks, the only difference being which players popped which week.

I have a couple of Questions concerning stamina

[1] How important is stamina really?

[2] Do players get injured faster if they have low stamina?
