Because I am COMPETING, look at your notes it is not time to train American players but only for American Under 21 team. It has been that way for many seasons. I am not looking for profit right now. I am about to have to make a new team and if I don't get out this season I am rotating draftees in division III and or division IV. Which is why your ahead of me at this current moment because I have been dedicated to helping the under 21 staff and fixing the pipeline and we are almost their.

Its been since Season like... 36, since I saw you on anything with scouting....

Your team making the finals in back to back years and losing is something I can (recently even) relate to. I actually found the way to get over the hump for my team personally, was more to do with training, than buying rosters that had static player skill sets. before this winning of the finals, I had made the playoffs all 4 seasons in a row prior to it (so 5 playoffs in a row), with 1 finals appearance and loss too. all my purchases never did anything. Where as the training and development helped push me past the others.

^ I will take this, and translate it to a u21 question for you. Would you ber using all of the roster right away to clal up all the *best* players, or would you save spots tactically, and monitor the trainings and such, because someone might out-train, or come along better than someone else, and be a better player later in the tournament?

I have a list of non current scouts that needs to be on the team and I want to fix the roster. If I can get the scouts and then the discord Guaranteed Gold in Americas. Probably high ranking in Worlds and yes we will indeed pass the Frenchies.

How are they broken? 3 seasons, is awfully quick for things to break. Its either "done" or "not done". Also, it looks bad when you use a xenophobic slur like "frenchies". If you are going to represent U21 as its coach. I'd advise against making seemingly racist comments.

With my team I plan on filling spots full of draftees and training them up SLOWLY. I haven't transfer out any players because I am waiting on the pipeline to fix itself so we can become very profitable and possible become a world power house again for the next 10 seasons if every1 who has been fixing the pipeline stays with the pipeline and that is the current plan.

Broken because people didn't want to work with the Under 21 staff and or went off the haywired with their training plans and have been so for all of their Managing career on here.

you have been firing Superstar, and MVP potential players.... rather than selling them to people who MIGHT train them... to fix the pipeline... and the shortage of players....

I have always trained the MVP pot trainees and selling the Superstar and starters. Where have I fired in any of my teams and MVP European player that is of age to train? Greensboro Generals have never been my team. That 27 year old is capped and didn't need to be trained.

Yes you are correct that I haven't been active but been active in training players and selling them for value and helping the Under 21 staff when I can. I believe I have been using time to my advantage since season 36 on this game. Also if you take down your notes it implies that real life happen and real life happens all the time for every1.

Power Forwards on this game is as little significant in some offenses as a 1 guard in some cases like Princeton and or Inside Isolation IMO I use my 1 guard to get quick threes at the top in most cases.

I would like well rounded ratings. Jump shot 7-8 and Jump range 5-6 are ideal. We aren't looking for positional players. What I am looking for is players who can compete in Worlds who is the same type of player if not better than most European teams. Also must be non capped which most under 21 players are just for training profit anyway.
