If he plays full 48 minutes, it will show as 48+, and receive full training. The manager asked the difference between 48 and 48+, so I wanted to answer to that.

My idea is based on Monoruolo training:
- I set a player as Starter, backup and reserve
- 9 selected players in a game
- strictly Follow depth chart
He Must play 48 minutes, except if he fouled out or get injured!!!

not true.
if your trainees have low stamina, or trainee playing out of position, or you have better players in your roster for training position, sometimes coach will randomly substitute your trainee in last minute or so... especially in blow out games, or very close one possesion games...

I've just sold one of my 3 trainees cause this problems with 48+ minutes seriously pissed me off.

It is not absolutely True! See my first trainer this season:
(40193302) He always played 48 minutes!!!!!!
All my trainees played 48 minutes a game (when I made as wrote up), except if they fouled out or get injured.

Even with that setup, a player may only play 47 minutes and 47 seconds in some matches. Which will not mean 48+, even though it will show 48 in the training page, and thus not 100% training, but just a bit less.

Yes but This happens rarely and it is not the norm, this is what I'm trying to explain.
If I train monoruolo three players are not important 13/15 seconds, the discussion is really ridiculous!

OP's question was "Is 48 and 48+ the same ?". The answer is no.

Expanded answer is: If a player has 48 (and not 48+), he will still have a successfull training.

It is not correct, You wrote down my posty:

"My idea is based on Monoruolo training:

If I train monoruolo, as said, trainer plays 48 minutes always (as I tried with my player), except in rare cases in which he plays 47'45"!
I think this discussion is seriously ridiculous!!!!!

sorry to break this discussion :-)
but I see one interesting thing I didn't notice before, and I've been playing this game since many seasons!

Are you saying that even if a player, during a game, has neither been replaced, nor fouled out, nor injured, still he actually can be accounted for a few seconds less than 48 full minutes?

not such a great loss as training percentage, just curious to understand the reason, if any

ok I actually saw this behaviour a few times, didn't get this was the object of the discussion, was thinking something like "ghost seconds" lost somewhere in the engine!

However, a player that is set as starter, sub and reserve in a "strictly follow orders" setup can still be subbed for a few seconds sometimes.

Which is stupid. Don't give me an option of "strictly" and then ignore me and do your own thing. ugh

Edit: Should be "Mostly follows orders" or "Follows orders unless the coach doesn't want to"
