I don't think that BAH loss was that bad. They CT'd vs. your TIE, also you're making due with a team you didn't scout. By the same accord, he's also using a team he didn't scout. There are some real powerhouses in there. Most of which are aging out.
How's the draft coming for the local managers so far? Have they done the combine and sorted out any decent 18yos yet?
