Yeah, Thanks. I have. I just like hearing from successful teams on certain tactics as I have seem to hit a wall in getting out of d5. And really building my team up. I have followed a few steps to good success from a few guys on here.

Monorole training is 1 position training. For example Pressure for PG. This means only 3 guys per week can get required 48 minutes for a full training.

Being in D.V, you can use also 2-position training, but don't waste it on a high potential guy (Perennial allstar and upwards). From D.IV and up, 2-position training gets you nowhere as you fall back too much compared to the teams that do 1-position training.

I got to DIII using 2-pos training exclusively.
It's easy to train 5 guys with 2-pos training maintaining good GS and winning.
It's harder to win aiming to 1-pos train 3 guys.
Unless you can afford a level 5+ trainer, you might as well improve half of your team as opposed to quarter.

Preach on, brother!

Starting off with two position training does help give serviceable depth at an adequate pace, without having to worry about buying the high-end trainees or necessarily playing guys 48 minutes straight.

Why stop at 2!? Team training is the new one position training! Why train half of your team when you can train your whole team! Worrying about GS and minutes? TEAM TRAIN. It makes everything easier and that one Friday that somebody pops is even more rewarding and special versus seeing pops every week. That gets boring and predictable!
TEAM TRAINING! WOO!

Sorry,
Preach on, brother!
Got me excited.

Seriously though, 2 position training is definitely viable at any level and I would recommend to a team trying to promote as fast as possible, while still training. Being a U21 coach though I usualy urge(threaten/bribe) people to one position train though :)

Have you had guys in U21, who has been 1-pos trained by level 4 coach?

Yes, 5 I can think of off the top of my head:

(12588489) My guy! (I wasn't coach at the time)
(20812466)
(22158524)
(22158734)
(22158923)

there are 3 more I can name off the top of my head, but all three are on the TL.
You can BBmail me if youre really interested in seeing what they look like for lvl 4 trained players.
