The training week runs from Saturday's game through Thursday's game, with training actually occurring Friday morning.

Training occurs every friday at a particular time depending on your country.
Minutes from Saturday's game, tuesday's game and thursday's game are used for the Friday training update.

PF= Points For = amount of points you scored
PA = Points Against = amount of points scored against you
PD = Points Differential = difference between points scored and points against

The PD is used as a tiebreaker in the standings. If you have an identical record with another team, whoever has the higher PD will be ranked higher in the standings. It is also used to set HCA (Home Court Advantage) in the playoff finals series with the winner of the other division, if those teams' records are the same.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.
