Man oh man. You guys fouled my center early in the third and he got hurt, and when that happened I kinda saw a loss headed my way. Also, Supanut missed the game-tying buzzer beater three-pointer, which could've sent us into OT, but no. Hey, it was a great game, and we both played really well.

Female Reporter - "I know that this must be a tough loss, care to talk about it."

Coach Jinx - "For starters congratulations to the Chicago Wildboys for their come from behind victory. The defense from their veteran players proved to be a bit much after half time and caught us by surprise. I would personally like to thank their Coach ETG for a good game."

Female Reporter - "You've played a young team on a small budget the entire season, do you believe it was worth it or do you now believe that you should get some veteran help?"

Coach Jinx - "We're a young team that's trying to grow together. This was a Season to Remember by a long shot. We finally won more than 11 games... 17-5 actually, We beat our rival the Syracuse Orange twice... granted they were going through changes, we won more games against the tough Great 8, and we finally got our first playoff win. A lot of good building blocks for the team, organization, and fans to build off of."

Female Reporter - "So next year right coach..."

Caoach Jinx - "You bet your Sweeeeeeeeeeeettttt Azzzzzzzzzzzz we'll be back, cause no one can play Above the Rim". Great win ETG and here's hoping you bring that elusive championship BACK to the Big 8 this year.

Female Reporter - "Now that the interview is over with Coach... would you ugh... like to buy me a drink? and may be???"

Coach Jinx - "You bet your Sweeeeeeeeeeeettttt Azzzzzzzzzzzz I would!!!"

Don't wait up for me boyz... I have a loooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggg night, and it's definitely LONG. See you all next season, and Best of Luck in the Championship Game.

Yeah I saw that foul, You guys might have won if it wasn't for that :(. Dissapointed in my players on that one, most of them are very reserved but some of the younger players really get into the game with their emotions and what not.

We reached ETG for a comment about the Finals.

ETG: Well, first off, I'd like to thank God for letting me have this opportunity to play a great team like Neo. Now, the regular season is completely different from the playoffs and I must say that Neo will probably be tougher than what they were the first time. I will make sure my team comes prepared. As Neo said, new-school vs. old-school and I am the hottest team going into the Finals. Anyway, I have to go have a speech with the squad. Wish all of luck to Neo..

When asked about the upcoming finals against the Chicago Wildboys this is what GM and Head Coach of the Neo Angeles Lightning, Chris Ryane had to say:

Chris Ryane: We're honestly blessed to be here right now, but it hasn't been easy. We've had to make our way across two top teams, THE two top teams on the power rankings, http://www.buzzerbeater.com/league/332/ratings.aspx, and now we have to go up against the third on the list. It hasn't been an easy road laid ahead of us but this is the path champions must take! We've faced two fantastic teams known for their win shares as well as their ability to put up big numbers, I'm confident that our defense will be strong enough to hamper the wild boys and disrupt their rhythm.

This is riduculous, I haven't had a home game in two weeks, my piggy bank is suffering!

Whats more I'm really not ready to promote, my arena only sits 5000 something, and I'm barely in a financial state to stay competitive in this league, I have to retool at the end of each season and bring in new players from the profits made from bidding my old guys. If I'm relegated next season I'll likely end up in an inactive bot league. I'm looking at some of the leagues past champions ended up in. Some of the lower-tier teams have a overall salaries ranging from 120,000-150,000 they'd crush us and yet they're consistently missing playoffs or even facing relegation...
