S19 - Singapore Tournament - It's getting hotter now

While SLZH and EBC will have a short break on next week, here are the rest of upper rank teams are going to meet up :

Shwe Toe Ngal (Rank 4) @ KKTAN (Rank 42). Edge : STN without doubt.
Lycans BB (Rank 14) @ SingSing82 (Rank 13). Edge : Sing2 with 15+
Black Diamond 8806 (Rank 18) @ SaungHninPwint (Rank 15). Edge : SHP
Shohoku Backers (Rank 7) @ Iperf Mania (Rank 39). Edge : Iperf Mania (Rane, prove me wrong if you read this)
Requiem of Dream (Rank 32) @ EricUnited (Rank 3). Edge : Should be easy win for Eric, although ROD has big 3 players.





S19 - Singapore Tournament - SLZH out, Shohoku Backers advanced

A short vacation turned out nightmare for SLZH, as they gave up decision to team Lion XII 67-79. SLZH Ricardo Baston, who just recovered from injury, looked rusty and shot only 5/19 FG. Roman Szczypierski led the Lions XII with 39 pts.

Shohoku Backers survived another Div II team outrage, beat Iperf Mania with convinicing score 84-72. Sertug Acay led Shohoku with 21pts.

Lycans, unexpectedly goes full against SingSing, beat them 85-73 and advanced as well.

Key matches next week :
Xavis (Rank13) @ Bobblehead (Rank 16). Edge : Bobblehead by 5
Dolly (Rank 43) @ NEWBak Ku Teh Kings (Rank 42). NEWBak Ku Teh Kings by 5
Lycans BB (Rank 14) @ SG Young Guns (Rank 26). Edge : Lycans by 5

S19 - Singapore Tournament - Xavis, Lycans are packing away from Tournament.

Xavis, after a Crunchtime battle with Jaguars two days ago, had to bow down to Bobblehead with a highscoring 121-150. Bill Swain led Bobblehead with 30pts. Lycans BB also have to end their Tournament run, after falling short to SG Young Guns with 75-84. New Bak Kut Teh Kings have no problem to shut down Dolly 81-67.

Key matches next week :

Team McDonalds (Rank 46) @ Shohoku Backers (Rank 8). Welcome to top 8 , Rane!
Shwe Toe Ngal (Rank 4) @ NEWBak Ku Teh Kings (Rank 39) - BKT Kings will show some fight here, but STN should prevail.
Singapore Showstoppers (Rank 5) @ ESPLANADE BASKETBALL CLUB (Rank 1). Well, EBC is almost always win at home.
Bobbleheads (Rank 18) @ Singapore FC (Rank 31). New Rising team with all SGP players, Singapore FC should show some interesting game here. SGP FC to win.
Chai Chee (Rank 16) @ Powered by stinktel (Rank 56). Who is Stinktel? More seasoned Chai Chee should win.
SaungHninPwint (Rank 14) @ EricUnited (Rank 3). Should be end of SHP era. Eric too strong.

This season gonna be great with at least 5 SBBL team having high chance of getting through round 5 to quarter finals as i do have the same believe as u, that Singapore FC would win the game against bobbleheads.
Hopefully history wont repeat again as team of SBBL clashing against each other in the quarters. Haha

Will STN retain their title, being their Singapore Cup winner of Season 18 and 19?
Will FutureSG sneak through and enter Finals as they make a huge mistake by not setting their lineup against eric in the semis of season 17?
Will SS and rane make it to the finals this season as they both fail to get past semis to enter finals in season 16?
Will Eric be reaching for their 7th Singapore Cup Title?

This season of Singapore Cup is exciting! haha.
