Well Im obviously a way behind DLR who from memory in the first game of this season cracked the 200 K in Div III in Utopia
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/277033/arena.aspx .

Belatedly in my next home game I am hopeful of finally cracking the 200 K myself.

Last home game prior to the recently completed expansion, reaped $195,303

At some stage this season I will have to turn the focus from arena building, to promoting to Div II

Edit

DLR despite starting the season with a $202,938 gate and having invested heavily in expansions since then, would I imagine be disappointed with his last home gate which by my calculations was only $171,398

Both DLR and yourself are out of the Cup.
However, you are undefeated 9-0 in your league while DLR is having at 4-5.
The arena income hit should be from the league performance.

The league performance had a great impact to his Bleacher income as it dropped from $130K to only $96.9K.
A $33K drop or 25% drop.
This is huge as bleacher income is normally 50-60% of the total arena income

That certainly would help explain part of DLR's drop in gate attendance.

DLR to his credit is only a game out of the top 4 and appears to be banking a huge amount of money each week.

if I was in that league I would be really worried as to how much damage DLR could cause if he brought up late and managed to sneak into the finals

Definitely.

He just spent $1.85M to expand his arena by another 5500 seats.
Not to mention that in addition to gate receipts, he is also getting a handsome profit in the transfer list both from training trainees and day-trading.
Up till now, he is at $3.5M profit in transfers.

Both DLR and I promoted after winning our respective div IVs.

DLR at the start of the season had 10,000 bleachers that he was selling out at $13, where as I had invested more in the higher end seating and only had 7 or so thousand bleachers which I had underpriced at $11.

Ive concentrated on building bleachers and have increased their price to $12, whilst DLR has kept his bleachers at $13 despite his poor team performances and has built out his courtside seats (500) and has also built his luxery boxes which he now has 30 of.

Obviously the large numbers of courtside and luxery boxes will help him when he gets to div II, but im not sure that they are the best "short term" investment for a struggling Div III team.

Up till now, he is at $3.5M profit in transfers.

That is absolutely huge and extremely scary

My teams transfer balance is a loss of 736K but Im okay with that and am not totally disappointed with how a few of my trainees are progressing.

That said at some stage id like to get some younger higher potential quality trainees and start from scratch with the training process

Not sure what seats were sold as yet but tonights gate is $ 202 572

Nearly time that I took a break from building and started to put together a team that is capable of gaining promotion

He is an absolute potential powerhouse of Utopia.

His arena will be well on the way to being complete after this current expansion.

Does anyone have a Utopian stadium any where near as big or bigger than his?

Even if i would invest all my money my arena would still be about $ 1 million shy to this monster.
But with $ 2.8 Million transfer balance my arena would blow some minds

Wow you have 2454 Lower Tier seats and have already built out your court side seats to the 500 maximum

Great effort on your own behalf
