Because we need the gold now to win back the trust of the community. That's how we're gonna get a lot of managers involved which in turn will strengthen our NT because of the support. We also need to engage new users by helping/advising them regardless if they have an NT caliber player or not. When they see we are interested in their success they will be much more willing to help out.
Short answer: Yes. Long answer: In terms of the NT pipeline, in order to communicate more effectively I suggested that we set up a Board of members who can target specific tasks. I think we need to utilize other tools to communicate besides the offsite forum. We should set up group chats on phone apps (such as Discord which was used to host the debate). This offers much more direct communication and NT hopeful manager will be able to have more "live" discussions than just waiting on someone to respond to a forum post. Much more people would be able to communicate there than having to log in to the forum and posting there. More experience managers will be willing to get more involved if we hold elections for other positions where they have a job title with clearly defined job responsibilities. This sets up a web of experienced managers who can also effectively communicate with NT hopeful managers on training.
This form of communication doesn't just stop with training discussions. It will open the door to better communication across the board whether it's about scouting, tactics, general help, etc..
