Thank you! I have another question - Do fans react to league or division average? In other words, can a team with a larger arena damp the ticket prices for the league?

Hmm, I've never heard anyone suggest that, and I've never personally seen anything to suggest it. But honestly I don't follow other peoples' arena pricing closely enough.

Do you suspect something like that is happening?

Your prices are likely too high for your division. Look at other US D4 teams and see where their ticket prices are at.

Also, what level is your PR guy?

Well that would partially explain your bad attendence. Level 2-3 would almost definitely be better for an arena your size and probably pay for the upgrade itself.

Try to win road games. It's the best solution.

I'm fairly new to the game, but i have studied the material and if i am correct in what i have read so far. You should invest in a good PR manager with superior skills or better and or with a specialty (crowd involvement) this should help increase your attendance.
