I am convinced, personnally. Legendary is a symbol. Enough to make him well trained if no incident.
And he hasn't bad skills to start with. Just inside defence to improve so that he can become a great Power forward.
Yes, it will be a long shot for him. So are almost all legendary players. First 1v1 for dribbling and handling/jump shot. Then inside defence. But he already has good passing, correct inside shoot and rebounding, and a nice first line. Inside Algerian players with all of that weren't so frequent since a good while at this moment of their 18 years.
What's more, we are not talking about a player from a country with one thousand players. This one will mark his generation if well trained, that's for sure.
Iin the end, it will pay and will give us a great inside player with nice secondary skills.
