Alright let's put the debates on radio and then on TV. I'm guessing Nixon will win the hearts via radio but Kennedy will win the hearts via TV.

I don't think Isaiah needs any defending. If Isaiah is good enough for two-time NBBA/USA Cup winner A-Dub, he is good enough for me. The work that he is done rebuilding our scouting infrastructure is pretty remarkable. i agree 100% with adchester. Tactics are not the most important part of being NT. Creating and maintaining the infrastructure to create players needed to win Gold medals is tireless and thankless task. We now have seen a lot of movement of our best managers buying and training American prospects. If you want to be salty about tactics, come over and participate.

The NT needs 130-140+ TSP players to compete for Gold Medals. The USA community knows that Isaiah has trained NT-calibur players like Bowman Smeall. What NT calibur players have you trained and if do not have experience in training those types of players, how will you guide the training of players that you have no experience?

Appreciate the backing everyone. Let me just say, Chekreyes and Khenry just showed me a completely different way to get users involved in the NT. I have so many ideas now for community growth and fun ways to garner attention. This is going to be freakin fun.

There are other things that I address besides tactics. I would recommend reading the FML radio debate segment to get a better idea (279604.1)

These questions go to both candidates. I think whoever is manager will have to be more focus on scouting, training and getting people involved. I don't think we'll have the talent that we normally so I'm not expecting much from a W/L standpoint. How do you plan on getting people to train NT players? How do you plan on getting our scouting better and how will you get people involved?

Because we need the gold now to win back the trust of the community. That's how we're gonna get a lot of managers involved which in turn will strengthen our NT because of the support. We also need to engage new users by helping/advising them regardless if they have an NT caliber player or not. When they see we are interested in their success they will be much more willing to help out.

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: In terms of the NT pipeline, in order to communicate more effectively I suggested that we set up a Board of members who can target specific tasks. I think we need to utilize other tools to communicate besides the offsite forum. We should set up group chats on phone apps (such as Discord which was used to host the debate). This offers much more direct communication and NT hopeful manager will be able to have more "live" discussions than just waiting on someone to respond to a forum post. Much more people would be able to communicate there than having to log in to the forum and posting there. More experience managers will be willing to get more involved if we hold elections for other positions where they have a job title with clearly defined job responsibilities. This sets up a web of experienced managers who can also effectively communicate with NT hopeful managers on training.

This form of communication doesn't just stop with training discussions. It will open the door to better communication across the board whether it's about scouting, tactics, general help, etc..
