Well yeah, but wanna know why there were people willing to scout and write reports and those kinds of things? A larger user base certainly, and there's nothing that can be done about that, but also because they liked the manager, were interested in the team, and wanted to contribute because of the manager recruiting them or getting them somehow invested in the program.
I look at it this way. Take FML Radio for example. It's really cool and chek did a great job with it! Lots of people want to be interviewed and involved! Has plenty of readers every week. But how many of those people do you think would've been interested in starting the series? Probably not a lot. I think the NT coach has to be someone like Chek, who will start it off and get people involved. People will be more than willing to help if they are engaged, but not many want to put in the beginning work of setting a foundation.
