I'm stuck in one of those, oh crap, I can't believe he sold, now what do I do moments.

I'd say you should try to get yourself together. No actually... you've GOT to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GSoNWE4j36U

The problem is that all of the SG's I look at and like are making 100k+ per week and people want at least a million for them, that just ain't in the budget.

And I can't believe the number of players making 60-80k a week with awful or pitiful for stamina or free throws. How on earth can you get a player in his late 20's and not have trained them in those to categories?

So sort of keeping with the unofficial experiment on game shape, the SG I picked up was injured and came with inept game shape. He will play low positive minutes for at least 2 or 3 weeks coming off the bench and then in scrimmages. So we will track how fast it takes to get him up to at least respectable, if not strong.

I'm also very interested to see how big of a merchant sales bump I get by having someone actually lead in a statistical category - I don't think I've ever had that happen before in my whole time of playing BB.

Well, so much for a hope on that merchant bump, decline of roughly 2k from last week.

I just had an uh oh transfer last night. I put a bid on him because I saw the team I play for the cup Thursday had a bid on him. It was meant to show the other team that I know his skills so that he wouldn't go after him any longer. I fully expected another team to put a bid in, but no. So I'm stuck with him. I may be economically stressed the rest of the season now but I guess when life gives you lemons you make orange juice.

On a more serious note though, I think now's a good time to point out that II.4 has as many teams in the Round of 32 as every other II league combined and only 2 less than the NBBA. GL tonight to everyone still alive and kicking!

I logged on and saw that you had made the purchase, thought that maybe you where going to make a serious run at promoting! Good time to pick someone up so that their game shape is decent by playoff time.

The talent in this league is really good, and the coaching top notch as my last 2 road games have shown. Good luck tonight everyone.

I also imagine that you will be able to sell one of your players listed in the next couple of weeks. As I posted last season, the prices that people where willing to pay as the playoff's where getting ready to start was insane.
