Yeah I gotta disagree with you too, the point of a supporters package is to give things like extra stats/bookmarks etc that add fun features but don't add any advantage in actual gameplay.

if the supporters pack added things that made winning easier it makes the game unbalanced and pay to win so it's advanced stats and things like that that need to be reserved for supporters to help generate revenue for the site.

To be honest, searching the TL by TSP was quite a big reason I purchased supporter recently, when I started working.

First reason was to support the game I love, but equally important reason was to monitor those best players on TL.

It's not giving in game advantage, but it's pretty close to that line, if you ask me.
