Orrr Nachti,

gerade gegen mich die Taktik zu ändern ist aber gemein. Zum Glück habe ich mir das ja gedacht, nicht auf die Ausrichtung geraten und tatsächlich mal wieder bei dir gewonnen. Das gleicht die Heimpleiten gegen unsere Topteams etwas aus. Unsere Gruppe ist irgendwie ungleich aufgeteilt.

Presutti hatte auch zwei Wochen hintereinander ein SB Up, was bedeutet, dass er in der Woche einen Zuwachs von 1,xx hatte.

Also das muss nicht sein. Wenn er bei z.B. 5,4 gestartet ist und pro Woche ein Trainingsplus von 0,8 hat, dann wird er in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Wochen ein Up haben. Aber das Gefühl, dass einige schneller trainieren als andere, dass habe ich auch.

Definitiv, warte noch mal 2-3 Trainingspdates ab, dann hat sich das vielleicht wieder glattgezogen.

Auf Blocken hat aber dem U21-Trainingsleitfaden zufolge kein Skill einen elastischen Effekt … aber vielleicht marginal doch irgendwie und bei dir hat er sich jetzt offenbart …
