No but seriously, most of what I'd say has already been said in here, trim your roster down to 11-12 players and dont pay too much for any staff members and you should be golden.
Also, I looked at your arena and the ticket changes that you have set for 8/28/10 will be disastrous. The bleachers are the only thing not selling out at the moment so you should lower the price to $8 or $9, not raise them to $15. I'd raise the prices of the other ones to maybe 10% higher than what they are now, so maybe $39, $110 and $850 although since you don't have any luxury boxes yet that last one doesnt matter atm.
