I don't think you can predict which seats a season ticket holder will buy, and i doesn´t even matter where he will seat.

What matters to me, is trying to explain to a new user, how much seats should he build, in order to have a profit and trying to maximize his gains.

Selling tickets will always depend on wins ans prices, so you must adjust the prices acoording to your season records, but even then you must have a clue to how much seats you should have in your arena.

And if you check the most sucessful teams in the game, you will also see that the ratios i gave are pretty close to reality, but i say again it all depends on each team.

You said it all in your answer, when you joined the game your team was 8th, so you got a low season ticket holder for this season, but as you are ruling your league with 12-0 you can set your prices much higher.
As you can see you already have 11% of your arena filled, so it´s either time to improve the prices or the size of it.

I'm currently expanding my arena. Just spent all my money on it.

Hello,
As you can see in my previous posts, this is only my humble opinion, based on my own experience.
I have also stated that, this numbers are the reflection of various sucessful teams, in my country, league and private leagues.

And your own numbers (87,5% - 9,75% - 2,50% - 0,25%) aren´t that far from those i mentioned in my post, and you can also see that i stated that attendance depended on WINS and PERFOMANCE of your team.

That said, what i think is more important for a new user, is trying to understand IF he should improved his arena, and HOW MANY seats and distribution he should have.

Don´t understand your reference to Hattrick, which i actually played several years ago (but not anymore), because it was never refered in my post, and has no logical connection to my explanation.

Instead of second guessing someone that´s trying to help, why don´t you try to explain it better ? I think that would be very much helpfull regarding your long experience with the game.

Best regards.

also you shpuldn''t forgot that kozlo own numbers are affected by the cap, so you shouldn't wonder if must teams have the same amount of VIP lounges when you check up top divisiions ;)

GM -koz

this is more of checking the accuracy of my prediction or estimate. I have only played about 5 weeks but see some patterns.

1) moving up divisions (relagating seem to kill fan attendance), 2) winning in the current division, 3)have a good PR manager.

those three factors seem to me to drive attendance.

Now the biggest factor is price. Price in relation to the above conditions.

What I see is that in general it looks like a good idea to underprice while building your stadium up. I won't give an optimum ratio because I think that someone needs to test it on their own and get a good "feel" rather than me giving some sort of hint.

But, it seems to me with the next price decision coming soon, that if your team is "winning" and will have a chance to push up in divisions, that one should prepare by reducing price and expanding. With the objective of expanding to the size arena of leaders in the divisions above yours.

So in my final thoughts, there is a good ratio, and also there seems to be a point of over-expansion, but not if you are moving up divisions...in comparison to say, getting a better team that can win the division.

Thoughts?

He wasn't referring to numbers you gave, he was referring to your arena attendance numbers :)

when you underprice, it is hard to guess the attendance who is waiting i would make to high prices and check the free places and reduce the price to come closer to your arena size(make bigger steps if you build your arena after the last price update).

The thing is I think I have found a rather predictable ratio. I will test it out. My basic plan is to underprice and then overbuild in relative hopes of earning a 1st/2nd round playoff home arena.
Hoping to climb out of div 5 USA with like: 7000-9000 bleachers 1000-1250 lower tier 200-300 courtside and 15-20 luxury.
